About Speaker
  • Yu Wai-Yung
  • Dr Yu trained in Radiology at St George’s Hospital, UK and completed her Neuroradiology fellowship at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, UK. Dr Yu is currently Senior Consultant Neuroradiology at National Neuroscience Institute. Dr Yu is also Director of the Education Neuroradiology SingHealth Duke-NUS Neuroscience Academic Clinical Programme.

  • Tim Leiner
  • Founder Quantib-U and Clinical Lead Tim Leiner is a full professor at Utrecht University Medical Center and holds the Chair of Cardiovascular Radiology. He is Clinical Lead of Quantib-U. His research interests center around the development of new imaging techniques including machine learning methods for earlier and better detection and characterization of cardiovascular disease. He has published over 300 original papers, review articles and book chapters in these areas and is editor of several electronic radiology textbooks. Dr. Leiner is a fellow of the International Society for Magnetic Resonance in Medicine (ISMRM), the Society for Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (SCCT) and the Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance (SCMR). He is a past president of the Society for Magnetic Resonance Angiography and will serve as President of the ISMRM from 2020-21. In his spare time Tim likes to read, walk his Basset hound Mycroft and to come up with the perfect food/wine pairing.

  • Dr Peter Ball is a Consultant Cardiothoracic Radiologist at Royal Victoria Hospital, United Kingdom. He also practices in Ulster Independent Clinic and 3fivetwo Healthcare as Consultant Radiologist. Dr. Ball has 12 years of experience as a Radiologist with significant experience in the range of established and more advanced imaging modalities. He has 12 years’ experience in Cardiac CT imaging and broad based experience of general Radiology and minor interventional procedures.
